Shipping costs are fixed at 5 euros including VAT throughout Italy , with the exception of Venice (13 euros), smaller islands (13 euros), Campione d'Italia (73 euros), free zone of Livigno (37 euros) . For any need, do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipments are free for an order over 50 euros including VAT.

In each package you will find samples and a small gift. If you want specific samples (face, body, hair, etc.) please specify it, so that we can satisfy your wishes! Otherwise they will be inserted according to availability.

Parcels are usually sent within 1 working day of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS with tracking and delivery without signature. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

For customers who live in the province of Varese, an on-site collection service is available.

Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in the case of fragile items.

The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected.
